Our Founder & CEO, is a seasoned cannabis industry leader with a rich background in both business management and science. As an original member of the Medmen of Nevada team and a key player in Medmen Management.

She has played an instrumental role in shaping the cannabis landscape. She is the proud owner and operator of a Missouri Medical and Recreational cannabis license, where she combines her deep knowledge of cannabis with a commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable hemp and CBD products.

With a strong academic foundation, from Howard University, specializing in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry. Her passion for the cannabis industry led her to pursue specialized training at Oaksterdam University, where she honed her expertise in cannabis operations, cultivation, and regulatory affairs. 

Further enhancing her qualifications earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Product Development and Strategic Business Management, equipping her with the tools to lead successful multi-state cannabis operations.

Over the years, she has proven herself as a multi-state operator with award-winning applications in key markets like Michigan, Boston, Florida, and New York. Her work has earned recognition for both innovation and compliance within the cannabis space. As a strong advocate for regulation, she works closely with federal and state regulatory agencies to ensure her businesses comply with all legal standards, while promoting sustainable and eco-conscious practices.
